The Order of the Arrow is run by the youth, and these are the youth that run it. They are elected to their positions by the members of the Lodge at the Fall Ordeal every August. They serve one year terms and take office from October 1 - September 30. The Lodge Chief appoints the Committee Chairman who serve from October 1 - September 30.
